Hoboken Skyline Suite | Rooftop Pool & NYC Views

Positive: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our two-night stay in the apartment from September 27 to 29. The apartment itself was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. However, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. There was a serious blockage in the bathtub/shower, and the water simply would not drain. As a result, dirt and debris came up from the plumbing and floated in the water. I have attached a video clearly documenting the blockage and the condition of the water. Unfortunately, after returning from a full day of sightseeing, we were unable to shower in the evening. This was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, particularly after a long day, and significantly affected our experience during the stay. We had originally considered returning to the apartment for another stay, as we were otherwise pleased with the property. However, given this serious issue with the bathroom, we will unfortunately not be able to make another reservation. Considering that we were unable to properly use the bathroom and shower during our stay, I believe that some compensation or partial refund would be appropriate. I would appreciate it if you could review the matter and let me know what compensation you are prepared to offer. I hope you will address this plumbing issue promptly so that future guests do not encounter the same problem. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Rina Star נשלח מה-iPhone שלי
